Store names, addresses, opening hours, prices, and other information shown in the Service are either content you entered yourself or content imported from publicly available information (page titles and images) at URLs you pasted. The operator does not verify this content and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Before you go, please check opening hours, regular closing days, prices, and whether a reservation is required with the official information provided by the store or facility.

The operator is not liable for any damage arising from use of the Service, from the information shown, or from actions taken based on the Itineraries or Proposals you create.

The Service is operated by an individual, and its content may be changed, or its provision interrupted or terminated, without notice. No compensation is provided if data entrusted to us is lost due to outages or other causes. For important plans, please keep a copy, such as by printing or saving as a PDF.

A share link can be opened by anyone who knows the URL. The operator is not responsible for the consequences of a link being viewed, including where it is forwarded further by the person you shared it with. Set a password or expiration date as needed, and revoke links you no longer need.

The operator is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Service (maps, reservations, social media, etc.). The terms of use of linked sites are governed by each site.

Ads shown in the iPhone app on the Free plan are delivered by Google (Google AdMob); the operator does not choose the content of the ads or the sites or apps they lead to. The operator is not responsible for the content of ads or for any transactions you enter into at the advertised destination. Transactions at the advertised destination are between you and the advertiser.

Map data is provided by © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Finding locations from addresses and addresses from locations uses the map and place-name search of the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (GSI), and for places outside Japan, Search by LocationIQ.com.

Locations are approximate. They are derived from Google Maps URLs pasted on a Place, or from addresses, and may be some distance from the actual location.

Addresses filled in automatically from Google Maps URLs may only go down to the town and chōme (block district) level (street numbers are not included). Please correct them yourself as needed.

Imported content is read as-is from the files you choose. The operator does not verify this content, and it may differ from reality due to closures, relocations, or other changes.

When you connect to and operate the Service from an external AI assistant, the operator also does not guarantee the accuracy of content that AI creates, changes, or deletes. Deletions and revoked share links cannot be undone. Before running an action, please check what will be done. The operator is not responsible for the content or behavior of the connected external service itself.
